Deccan Spice

I was shocked to find out this amazing restaurant delivered to North Bergen! I ordered right at rush hour and it took a little longer than promised but well worth the wait! Only about 15' longer at peak rush. Delicious entrees, fresh, hot,perfectly seasoned with generous portions. The lamb was tender, succulent and smothered in creamy smooth savory saag. The chicken tikki masala and chicken tikki were moist and spiced exactly as promised. I needed about four more pieces of naan, it was so fresh and light. Just unexpectedly well done. I will order from here again and again. Nicely done, Deccan Spice! You made us very happy on a soggy Monday!

I love their food. Ever since I started ordering from Deccan, I never went back. My favorite dishes are the Chicken 65, Deccan Special Biriyani, Chicken Salan and Parota. This is usually my weekly order. Quick delivery, friendly staff, and delicious food !

Great biryani for a great price! This is the closest you are going to get to the authentic Hyderabadi biryani in the US. The Andhra chicken is something worth trying too. Their delivery is on time and the people are nice to interact with! Great experience!

I usually order biryanys here. They are very close to authendic indian biryani. Ask to make it spicy only if you want "really" spicy food.
Try the special chicken biryani.

The delivery boy was rude and horrible. Due to some network issues everytime I answered his phone he couldn't hear me. So on the 3rd call I just went to the door even before he rang the door bell. But was greeted by this grumpy immature kid. Great food.. should get rid of people who don't know how to treat customers though.

I ordered the gobi manchurian and ulvacharu chicken biryani, and they were the best I've had in NYC. The manchurian was exactly as it should be, and the biryani was spicy, the chicken was soft, the rice was well cooked, and the food arrived hot and fresh. Very happy with the food! Will be ordering from here again

Love the food here at Deccan, my only complaint if ever has been about their delivery times (previously also their delivery fee), but they seem to be making some effort to improve so I'm hopeful!

Definitely our new Indian place in the neighborhood. FASTEST delivery of any of the Indian places in JCity. Food is great, fresh and packed well for delivery. Will never take another 'journey' with that other place.

Food was delicious and the order was correct. Delivery was 10-15 minutes later then promised, but based on my experience with other places on seamless, it was more accurate than other places I tried before.
